What the job includes

Clean, fill, then seal.

Sealcoat over dirt and open cracks is a dark mess that peels. We blow and scrape, fill the cracks that will move, and then apply. Edges against concrete get taped so the walk doesn't look like a spill.

The calendar is the spec.

We will not sealcoat in a week that won't stay above the temperature the product needs. If your driveway is due in March, we put you on the May list. That's the difference between a job that lasts and a job you call us about in November.
