The address-based number on this site is a planning range. It uses roof size, typical Connecticut waste, and the options you pick. It is not a contract and not a price we will hold without an inspection. Extra plywood, rotten fascia, and what the attic actually looks like get written after we see them.

When you pick a day and send the form, you are requesting an inspection window, not buying a roof. We confirm by email and phone. If we cannot make that window, we will say so and move it. You can cancel by calling (203) 200-0502 or emailing sales@heliogc.com.

Job photos, the promotional video, and the logos on this site belong to Helio General Contracting, LLC, or are used with permission. Do not scrape them for another contractor’s site. Owens Corning marks belong to Owens Corning.

We keep license, hours, and warranty language current. If something on the site disagrees with the written proposal, the proposal wins. Costs on Learn and Costs pages are 2026 Connecticut planning ranges.
