Season is the spec
Sealcoat needs heat and dry time. In Connecticut that is May through October, and not the week a nor'easter is on the map. We will not put product down in a stretch that will not cure. That is how you get tire marks and a driveway you paid for twice.
Typical residential drives land $350–$900. Long or extra-wide, more crack fill, $700–$1,400. Clean, fill, then seal. Recoat every two to four years here. Oil spots and alligator cracking get called out before we spray — not after.
