How we handle your information.
You give us an address and a phone number so we can come look at the house. That is the point. We do not sell that information, and we do not use it to knock on doors.

Who we are

What we collect
When you request a quote or book a visit, we ask for:
- Name, phone, and email
- Property address and ZIP
- What you want looked at, and any notes you type (leak, insurance, dog, gate code)
- The day and window you pick for an inspection
If you use the roof estimator, we also store the address you typed so we can pull a planning number — roof size, pitch, and a satellite view of the house. That view comes from Google.
What we do with it
We use it to:
- Schedule and confirm the visit
- Email you a calendar invite, a 24-hour reminder, and a 1-hour reminder
- Call or email you about the estimate
- Keep a record of the job if you hire us
The office copy of the same invite goes to sales@heliogc.com so the crew can show up.
Address autocomplete and the aerial roof view use Google Maps and related Google services. When you type an address, that query is sent to Google so we can suggest the right house. Google’s use of that data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
Analytics
If we turn on Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager, those tools count visits and which pages people read. They do not get your quote form. You can opt out of Analytics with the Google opt-out add-on, or by using a browser that blocks trackers.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not buy or sell lead lists.
- We do not knock on doors after storms using data from this site.
- We do not put customer emails on a marketing blast without asking.
How long we keep it
Quote and visit records stay as long as we need them to run the job and the warranty — typically years, not days. If you want a record deleted and we are not in the middle of work for you, email info@heliogc.com and we will take it out of the live system.
Cookies
The public site does not require an account. The only login cookie is for the office editor, so someone at Helio GC can change copy and photos. Visitors do not get that cookie.
