How it works
01
A leak, a storm, an insurance letter, siding that won't hold paint, gutters that empty into the basement. A minute on the site — then we come look. We don't quote a real number from a photo.
02
Attic, roof deck, eaves, siding, openings. The quote is written from what we saw. If a repair is the right call, that's what we write. Extra plywood is not a surprise invoice.
03
Materials, tear-off, dumpsters, flashing, gutters if they're in the job. Financing sits next to cash so you can compare. You approve extras before they happen.
04
State-licensed crews. A schedule you can plan a week around. We magnet-sweep the yard, send job photos, and put warranties in writing. Then a phone number that still gets answered.
Ranges, not promises — every house has something. What we control is telling you when we know.
Roofing — contract to done
48 hours to a week
No utility in the loop. It moves at the speed of materials and weather. Most single-family homes are one to two days on site.
Siding — contract to done
3–8 days
Depends on how many walls, wrap, and whether trim is wrapped or replaced. We sequence it after the roof if both are in the job.
Gutters — contract to done
Same day
Seamless runs fabricated on site. Usually hang on the same visit as the roof so the eaves are finished when the shingles are.
Solar — contract to done
1–3 days on the roof
Design and permitting first. Panels go on once the roof under them is in good shape. Battery add-ons follow the electrical, not the other way around.
Heating & air — contract to done
1–3 days
Load calculation before we order. Swap or new system depends on the ducts, the fuel, and January. We will not leave you with a heat pump that cannot heat.
Kitchen or bath — contract to done
2–8 weeks
Drawings and selections first. Demolition is the short part. Lead times on cabinets, tile, and fixtures are the long part — we put those on the calendar before we open a wall.
