Storm damage and roof leaks.
First 24 hours.
01
Stay off the roof.
Photograph from the ground. Put a bucket under an active drip. Call us — (203) 200-0502 — if it's leaking into the house.
02
We tarp and document.
When weather allows, usually the same day or the next in Fairfield County. Photos go in the file before anyone talks about a number.
03
You open the claim. We meet the adjuster.
You stay the policyholder. We write the scope from the attic and the deck, not from a flyer. If a repair will do, that's what we quote.
04
Repair or replace.
Same Owens Corning Preferred system as a planned reroof. Same warranties. Storm work is not a different company.

Ice dams
A bigger gutter will not fix a cold roof.
Ice dams start in the attic. We look at ventilation, insulation, and the drip edge before we sell you more metal. Sometimes the answer is still new gutters. Sometimes it's the roof. Read how we hang gutters.
