Three warranties, not one slogan
A lot of roofing ads say 'lifetime labor.' They are mixing the shingle, the manufacturer's workmanship, and the contractor's promise into one number. Those are three different documents with three different clocks.
Owens Corning Preferred Protection covers replacing defective shingles for as long as you own the house, with labor, materials, tear-off, and disposal on the terms in the contract. Ten years of that is non-prorated. Owens Corning also covers workmanship on the system for ten years. Helio GC covers our workmanship for twenty-five. The longer labor number is ours.
Algae and wind
Duration carries ten-year StreakGuard algae resistance and fifteen-year blow-off coverage on the systems that include them. We tell you which shingle you are actually buying. A darker color in the trees will still show some staining over a decade — that is the product, not a failed install.
